United Heritage Credit Union
United Heritage Credit Union is available as a full service branch to all members of United Heritage Credit Union. In addition, United Heritage Credit Union provides travelers with banking and financial services including, but not limited to: foreign currency exchange (Mexican Peso, Japanese Yen, British Pound, and Euro only), American Express Travelers Cheques / American Express Gift Cheques, money orders and official checks, Travelers Express Prepaid Cards - Visa Gift Cards and Cash Passport Cards. The Credit Union also offers check cashing for specific airport employee groups. For any Credit Union member who's Credit Union participates in the Credit Union Service Center Network, United Heritage is available to help with basic transactions on member accounts. United Heritage Credit Union also provides an ATM located at the branch on the second floor of the airport, center of the concourse. ATM Machines
Bank of America has 3 ATMs in the terminal. Two ATM machines are past security, both are speech accessible (requires a headphone, not provided). The first in on the east side of the concourse, across from Gate 7 on the north wall. The second is on the west side, across from Gate 13, on the north wall left of the elevator. Another is in Baggage Claim, near carousel 4 and the Valet Return counter.

24-Hour Flowers
Forget to buy flowers? Greeting someone special? 24-Hour Flowers offers fresh cut flowers to greeters and passengers. Surprise someone you love with fresh flowers. Two kiosks locations make flowers available to non-ticketed visitors as well as ticketed passengers. One is located on the concourse level near the ticketing area adjacent to Fara Café. The other kiosk is located in the baggage claim area near carousel two.

Internet

Kiosks offering free internet service are stationed along the concourse and bag claim of the airport. The sleek, blue kiosks are located on the concourse near Gates 8, 12 and 15 and in bag claim by the Visitors Center. The free internet kiosks are furnished by the airport’s WiFi provider Boingo.

Boingo Wireless

Boingo Wireless is the exclusive Wi-Fi service for travelers throughout the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport Barbara Jordan Terminal. With Boingo service, Austin travelers get online with a fast, reliable and easy-to-use connection, browse, upload and download files for work, check email, and anything else that needs a high-speed connection.

Travelers may log-in to the Wi-Fi network by using an existing Boingo account, or an account with one of Boingo’s many roaming partners. Travelers without a Boingo account can get online with either a Boingo Unlimited account for $9.95 a month, or a 24-hour pass for $7.95.

Massage

Knot Anymore
Relax, relieve some stress and help those sore muscles heal. Neck, shoulder and back massages are now available on the concourse from the registered massage therapists of Knot Anymore, Corporate Chair Massage. Seated chair massage is available at Knot Anymore's location across from gate 13 under the stairway to the mezzanine level (Admiral and Presidents clubs). The massage occurs in a padded, comfortable massage chair and focuses on the neck, shoulders, upper back, arms and hands - all areas prone to stress and tension during a day of travel. Chair massages are offered in lengths of 10-minutes ($12), 15-minutes ($17), 20-minutes ($22), and 30 minutes ($35). Knot Anymore is open Mondays 8 a.m. - 7 p.m., Tuesdays - Thursdays from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m., Fridays 8 a.m. - 7 p.m., Sundays 1 p.m. - 7 p.m., and is closed on Saturdays.
