ECHO’s PALS presents Strega Nona
Austin Public Library’s Theater Troupe Back for Third Season
Puppets and Libraries=Success!

Austin Public Library presents a series of puppet shows by the library’s own theater troupe ECHO’s PALS (Puppets and Libraries=Success!). Now in their third season the troupe will present Strega Nona—an Italian folktale.

Strega Nona is the hilarious tale of a wise old woman, a magic pasta pot, a not-too-smart young man, and the trouble that comes from learning the hard way that sometimes there really can be too much of a good thing.

The Austin Public Library has designed programming to introduce youth of all ages and their parents or adult caregivers to the Library’s resources, and to stimulate and maintain interest in literature.
