Eating in Style: Correct Table Settings & Seating Arrangements, a primer on proper etiquette, takes place at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 11 at the Howson Branch, Austin Public Library, 2500 Exposition. The art of fine dining can easily be one of the most rewarding or stressful events in a person’s life depending on the level of education an individual receives prior to the dinner table. Please join Harold Almon, etiquette instructor and Author of the book Table Manners for College Age Sons (and Daughters) as he explains how to navigate cutlery and conversation so that when the amuse-bouche arrives, nary a mistake will be made.
